Free UK Delivery On All Items.
Despatch time is usually 1-2 working days. Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail and larger items or combined orders will be despatched via Parcelforce 24. A next day delivery service is available on checkout for a flat rate of £6.95. Please note that at the moment we only delivery to the UK.
Returns
Please always include your order number and name with any returns or refunds.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase when it arrives, at trendytronics we offer a 7 day returns policy, simply contact us and return the unwanted product in it’s original condition to the return address on your invoice within 7 days of your receipt and we will issue a replacement or refund. It is your responsibility to return the item to us by the cheapest proof of postage method. RefundsIf returning a product for a refund, please include a note stating your name, address and product number of the item to be returned. Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be issued to the Paypal account used to make the initial payment.
Payments
We use the Paypal payment gateway to process our payments which is one of the most secure payment methods available and allows you to make payment via most credit and debit cards and also your existing Paypal account.
